o The planning stage includes one-on-one consultation via phone, email or face-to-face. Some of the topics/questions we'll
discuss are: What is your purpose for the website? Who is your target audience? What webpages do you want to include? What
color scheme do you want to use?
o Once you are comfortable with the plans and give us the green light, we can move forward with the design. We will give
you a checklist of everything you will need to provide us to get started on your new website.
o Throughout the process, you will be able to review our work to make sure we are meeting your requirements.
o After you are totally satisfied with the finished product, we will upload your site to the internet.

Domain registration and web hosting assistance - We will help you select and register a domain name (website name) for
your website and choose a web hosting provider.

Graphics and video - You can provide the images or we can choose them to fit your overall design.

Contact Us/Feedback form - You tell us what you want the form to look like, and we will create it. There are no restrictions
on the number of fields included in the form.

Links to External websites - We can create links to other websites.

Paypal - We can add a PayPal button so customers can pay for services through your website.

eCommerce - If you sell products, we can create a basic online store with a shopping cart and PayPal or Google Checkout.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - We submit your website to the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, Ask and Bing at
no additional charge. We add keywords to your website so the search engines can find you and ultimately potential customers
can find you! Proper SEO can generate more revenue for your enterprise!

PRICING - Excelsior Enterprise Solutions charges a flat $100 per page with no minimum number of pages. eCommerce has an
additional fee based on the number of products included. There are no restrictions for number of words, images, etc. We will
use our discretion on the number of items to use to ensure your website is tasteful, attractive, and most importantly,
effective. We require a 50% deposit before we begin designing your website. The balance is due after final approval and
before we upload the site to the internet.
