Manicure Touch Lawn Care based in Douglasville, GA provides lawn care and
landscaping services with a special attention to detail that exceed their customers'
expectations. They service the Atlanta West metro area (Douglas, Paulding, Smyrna,
Vinings and South Cobb).

CLIENT'S OBJECTIVE
The client was a start-up business and needed to establish an internet presence so
potential customers could find them easily and quickly. The website needed to be very
informative and intuitive. Potential customers needed to see actual work that the
client had performed and read testimonials to add credibility. The client also wanted
customers to be able to make payments online.

EXCELSIOR'S SOLUTION
We helped the client select and register the domain name www.manicuretouch.com and
select a web hosting provider. The website is very informative and includes a detailed
description of their services, FAQs, 2 photo galleries and testimonials page. We added
a PayPal button to the Contact Us page. Almost 50% of the client's customers use the
PayPal button to make their payments online. Our Search Engine Optimization keywords
have helped generate 40% of their new business from the internet.

cleaning services and commercial janitorial services in the Richmond VA metro area.
They pride themselves on excellent customer service, meeting individual client's
expectations, and building a strong working relationship with all of their clients.

CLIENT'S OBJECTIVE
QCJS is our most recent client. They have been in business for several years but did
not have a website. The client understood that to grow the business they needed a
website. Many of their competitors are franchises, so they wanted potential customers
to know upfront that they are locally owned and operated. The client wanted a "royalty"
theme and to incorporate the color purple - the color for royalty because of "Queen" in
the company name. They needed 2 detailed contact forms - one for commercial
estimates and one for residential estimates.

EXCELSIOR'S SOLUTION
We helped the client select and register the domain name www.queenscleaning.net and
select a web hosting provider. The website uses a rich purple background that
complements the purple in the logo. We used photos of commercial and residential
properties in deep rich colors to accentuate the royalty theme. We added detailed
services and FAQ pages for both residential and commercial. The residential and
commercial estimate forms both have over 15 fields each. We added a PayPal button
to the Home page and keywords for Search Engine Optimization.
